Terms of Service for Content Creators

1. Acceptance

By publishing content and accepting rewards, a channel owner agrees to these terms, the general Terms of Service and the OnyxGram Privacy Policy.

2. Ownership of Stars

Stars earned by a channel through paid posts, reactions, suggested posts, advertisements and other supported monetization features are credited to the channel balance and are intended for the channel owner. Administrators may manage this balance only when granted the required permissions.

3. Reward Sources

• a share of eligible advertising revenue generated in the channel;
• Stars paid to unlock paid posts;
• Stars received through reactions and other audience support;
• payments for suggested posts and other monetization features.

Availability, reward shares and calculation rules may depend on the region, channel topic, traffic quality and technical availability.

4. Balance and Rewards

A displayed balance remains an estimated reward until the applicable holding period has ended and a transfer has been completed. The current availability period is shown in OnyxGram. Star operations are also governed by the Terms of Service for Stars.

5. Invalid Activity

Artificial impressions, fake reactions or purchases, spam, automated activity, fraud, commission avoidance and interference with reward calculations are prohibited. Related Stars may be withheld, deducted or excluded from calculations.

6. Account Responsibility

The owner is responsible for account and channel access, administrator permissions, withdrawal details, applicable taxes and compliance with local law. Completed transfers may be irreversible.

7. Availability and Changes

The rewards program may be restricted, suspended or unavailable for certain accounts, channels, topics or regions. OnyxGram may update these terms and the available reward methods.
