About Stars

Stars are virtual items used inside OnyxGram to access digital goods and services. They are not money, a bank deposit, an investment or a cryptocurrency and do not earn interest.

Purchases and balance

Stars may be purchased through available payment providers or received through supported OnyxGram features. Prices, taxes, fees and payment methods may vary by platform and region. You are responsible for keeping your account and payment method secure.

Using Stars

Stars can be used for supported digital goods, paid content, subscriptions, reactions, gifts, mini apps and other features shown in the app. A transaction is completed when OnyxGram confirms it and deducts the corresponding amount from your balance.

Refunds

Completed Stars transactions are generally final unless a refund is required by applicable law or issued because of a confirmed technical error. Purchases made through an external store may also be governed by that store's refund rules.

Restrictions

• Do not use Stars for fraud, money laundering, spam or unlawful goods and services.
• Do not exploit errors, automate abusive transactions or attempt to create an unauthorized balance.
• Stars and related features may be limited, reversed or disabled when abuse or a payment dispute is detected.

Stars features, limits and conversion options may change or be unavailable in some regions. We may update these terms and will publish the current version on this page.
